~Bruce R Nelson: Age **, USAF Vet disabled with glaucoma and serious hearing issues Yahoo customer since **** which I have regretted ever since. IMPOSSIBLE to gget help* Site directs me to "ZEROX, whats that all about. I have a malfunction "Yahoo Plus which for me is Yahoo MINUS for years. Can't ever get Yahoo to fix problems as I am un able to answer*send Yahoo Minus mail costing me $$ and aggrieving my mental health. I know nothing will be done. They natch my $** per year and go out back and get high on dope for all I know. I have an online civil action thru the Oregon Justrice dept on MONDAY and yahoo minus ends up with me scrambling ** miles to Boone Library to use their public computers. Super great fun for an old phart with disabilities to be doing plus wasted fuel. Yeah, I am tweaked and I, at least, appreciate this site to vent. Wish it would help but its Yahoo Minus so I don't expect anything to come of it. I hate Yahoo *******with all their loot it would seem they would provide a function

~Bruce R Nelson: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Bruce R Nelson: For that I would say four out of five.

~Bruce R Nelson: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
