~fed up with yahoo: I was a customer with yahoo for as long as i can remember. i have waited for more then * hours trying to get customer service to pick up the phone.... still * customer ahead for the last * hours. this was once a *nice service.... i will be changing service to Google when and if i can go to my emails. worse service ever.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~fed up with yahoo: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~fed up with yahoo: For that I would say four out of five.

~fed up with yahoo: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
