~Jack Wood: Why is Yahoo, so hard to get to a "LIVE PERSON"???? You keep telling me (in POP Ups)that your SERVER IS DOWN?...those POP Ups come and go as I am trying to use my mail? I don't know how you get customers to PAY YOU FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE!?!

~Jack Wood: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jack Wood: For that I would say one out of five.
