~Sam Drucker: Your ** largest firms in the United States and you cannot even higher enough people to answer your phones. all your people in customer care they don't know what they're getting screwed and you're driving a Cadillac Mercedes or BMW. you cannot see the trees for the forest. there's a prediction in your stocks are going to go south. Google Yahoo and YouTube likened and all the others are being used to collect information on the American people. It's quite apparent who you work for a ceo that's in bed with the government. that's why they're such a wait time because the CEO and the upper level actual on does not care about the customer base it cares about dollars.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Yahoo. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Yahoo problem?
~Sam Drucker: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sam Drucker: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sam Drucker: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Yahoo customers?
~Sam Drucker: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
