~Robert Chiarini: could better service using one of those turn of the century phones that hung on the wall that you turned a crack, to get an operator. Will not put up with that nonsense, I'm moving on. If I didn't know better I think Yahoo s run by Larry,Moe,and Curly.

~Robert Chiarini: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Robert Chiarini: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Robert Chiarini: For that I would say one out of five.
