~Skincare and Body Clinic: No one is available to talk on the phone, the same situation with fax number (it is not connected as a fax line). It is a waste of time. We are contemplating to commence legal action against Yelp Canada due to the derogative, false and detrimental action of your company against ou company by not publishing comments*review, and or feedback submitted by our clients, and instead publishing on Yelp Canada's website the false comment*review submitted by a person who was never been our client. Every time a new review or reviews are published on Yelp website regarding our company, three days later they are, for unknown reason, end up in the trash.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Yelp. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Yelp problem?
~Skincare and Body Clinic: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Skincare and Body Clinic: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yelp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
