~Not happy ex Yelper: They close my account. Don't tell me why. Then don't provide a way to resolve it. My Facebook banned from Yelp forever? Where are the people behind this?

~Not happy ex Yelper: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Not happy ex Yelper: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
