~Yelp BS: Yelp has done the same to our business. * negatives posted, ** * and * star reviews filtered!! Very damaging. YELP is unwilling to tell me why they have filtered these positive reviews. There is nothing inappropriate or "automated" about the reviews. YELP is total BS and I am going to report them to our stated better business bureau

~Yelp BS: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
