~foryou: You can never get in touch with anyone. When someone slams another busines to get it reconciled is non existant. Need to get your DUCKS IN A ROW! I will send to attorney general to listen to some of theses type of conversations. CNN and all other outlets. And Fedex to Anderson Cooper and maybe ** minutes. This is ABSURD!

~foryou: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~foryou: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yelp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~foryou: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Yelp customers?
~foryou: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yelp to know who you are.
