~DoubleD: There was no service, nor was there any communication. The phone number gave me a generic, the caller is not available. I was expecting a professional establishment, it seems like I have gotten a cell phone voice mail. Stay away from this company. I dont think they are real.

~DoubleD: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~DoubleD: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about YoYoInk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DoubleD: For that I would say five out of five.
