~UNSATISFIED: I regret having to give up the TV air waves to these telecommunication icons. We use their service, give them our most personal information, and our money. Yet, they do have the skills or time to treat humans like human beings. They could simply get volunteers, or maybe its time they were broken up like Pacific Bell! Unsatisfied Consumer

~UNSATISFIED: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~UNSATISFIED: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about YouTube's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~UNSATISFIED: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other YouTube customers?
~UNSATISFIED: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for YouTube to know who you are.
