~MrsGatiep: PLEASE HELP !! **I am desperate.... I've downloaded ** videos on Youtube in ****. But it's impossible, I cannot access my Youtube account.... My Profile name is: MrsGatiep**the main problem is: When I signed up at Youtube I did use *****@***.com We did terminate our earthlink.net account This mailing address *****@***.com doesn't exist anymore there is no way that I CAN access it.... **I do not have a recovery email address on the settings of my Youtube MrsGatiep Profile.**What can I do to access my account again? I'd tried * hours this afternoon to access my MrsGatiep account on Youtube but it's impossible because youtube wants to send my recovery info to *****@***.com that doesnt exist anymore. **PLEASE HELP me to get into my account on Youtube. ~MrsGatiep: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about YouTube's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MrsGatiep: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other YouTube customers?
~MrsGatiep: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for YouTube to know who you are.
