GetHuman-20855: I ordered a screen protector from them on September **rd of **** and it's now October *th, I have yet to receive my protector and when I check shipping all it says is "order in process" I tried to call customer service and sat on the phone for ** minutes each time I called (* times) still getting no response. And I need to get ahold of someone to help me because I want my money back if it's not going to come.
