GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Zinio customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Rusty Paul: Zinio "optimized" the app so it no longer runs on more than **% of the PC population. They didn't forewarn, only "recommended" an browser upgrade or change, and the result is I can't even read my stuff. What's more, they think Zinio must be the only critical app in my life, so critical that I'll upgrade my system for no other reason than to read an e-zine, regardless of the impact on the rest of the system. Get real. And get another customer, this one's gone.

~Rusty Paul: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Rusty Paul: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zinio's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rusty Paul: For that I would say four out of five.
