~catsbreath: The Chase Dispute rep actually dialed the number and then patched me in to the call. **I had a terrible time with this company. It offers cloud storage but has confusing add-ons and a labyrinthian cancellation process, with no way other than email to reach them shown on their website. When I tried to cancel, they bombarded me with additional 'offers' - and the links to find out about them or contact them signed me up with no warning! I responded to a 'learn more' link for *** GB for $* and immediately was charged $**.**. Anyhow, my credit card company gave me the *** number above and the CC company rep dialed the number and then patched me in so all * of us were on. There was a live person at that number, who assured me she'd cancel the account and give a refund. It may take a few days to see that on my CC. Given my frustration with the company so far, I won't trust it until the credit is posted.
