~Ms Happiness: I cannot get through from a landline or via your other method - talk to an operator. I am wishing to confirm that I have totally cancelled my month's subscription with Zoosck but your site makes it impossible as you have already followed instructions to cancel yet profile is obviously still up as I am getting messages on computer To log back in - NO THANK YOU - TO CANCEL WAS NOT USER FRIENDLY IN ANY WAY...E-MAILS NOT ANSWERED......WHAT A USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE..........I SEE ALL THE COMPLAINTS SIMILAR TO MINE....I NOW HAVE TO DELETE ALL MY REPLIES ONE BY ONE IN MY GMAIL ACCOUNT AS OTHERWISE FORCED TO LOG IN AGAIN.......................no !!!!!! this is the worst dating site - refer to your reviews of trying to get through and generally dreadful reviews about this site. If I get billed again I am reporting this site as so many others have done.
