~J: Called about an order- automated system informed me I qualified for a $*** rebate and to press * to be directed to a person. **Whoever answered didn't speak English very well- guessing outsourced to India or similar. He mentioned the rebate and I told him I just wanted to find out about my order. He went on for a few minutes about the rebate (which would cost me a $*.** shipping fee and auto-enroll me in some program). I told him I didn't want the rebate- he asked me why and said "That's very odd to me," and then proceeded to read his whole script about the rebate over again. I had to hang up halfway through because he wasn't listening to what I was saying at all. I never did get to find out about my order, and now the product I wanted is sold out.**Fortunately, I found it on Amazon for around the same price. Really not impressed with this experience.

~J: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~J: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zulily's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~J: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Zulily customers?
~J: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zulily to know who you are.
