~steel goddess: I received the wrong color of shoes. They were out of stock in the correct color so they issued a credit back to my card on the spot, gave me a store credit to use on a future order (valid immediately)and said I could keep or donate the shoes I had been shipped in error. I was more than pleased and the problem was solved in less than * minutes.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Zulily. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Zulily problem?
~steel goddess: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~steel goddess: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zulily's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~steel goddess: For that I would say two out of five.

~steel goddess: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zulily to know who you are.
