GetHuman-268052: i went to the zuimez at southridge mall in wisconsin, these were the rudest people i have ever worked with. these people talked to me like i was stupid even though i have been skating for * years and know more about this stuff then they do. they are very greedy and would not exchange a faulty board. he told me that it was not faulty but i could tell he knew it was. i suggest nobody ever shops here because if you do get a faulty item, good luck getting a refund back
