~poppybobby: Brilliant. Got through to someone straight away. had all details of two billing complaints for Farmville * in front of me. All sorted with ** mins. Gor what was missing plus extra farmbucks and water packages to say sorry. Really helpful chatty guy, extremely polite.

~poppybobby: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~poppybobby: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zynga's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~poppybobby: For that I would say one out of five.
