~Pop Corn Merrill : I need to speak to someone about my family account I have had issues with it no for almost * yr and the problem hss not been fixed . I spent money to get this family started in mafia wars and all my mebers have worked very hard to get to where they are now in the game annd I would like it fixed and a huge compensation for all the reports I have made to zynga support on this issue. My account got hacked and I myslef and the one the G*F powers was given too has asked all powers be put back on my account and nothing has been done about this problem. And also on my account it does not show I am even part of the family anymore. But on the G*F account it shows me there as a member we have even tried to remove myself from family and when he trys to it says unable to demote this player. I will be continuing to contact a live person and no more emails or chat which has been taken away completely which is no way to treat a paying customer. ~Pop Corn Merrill : I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Pop Corn Merrill : For that I would say three out of five.
