~katesichling: It made me feel like i'm not important. I can get into zynga.com now BUT THEY STARTED ME BACK AT LEVEL *! I am level **. I told her im tired of the runaround, ya*ll dont want to help me, just give me the reall cash I have put into the game. SHE said for that I would have to contact FACEBOOK. Im so ******* mad I cant see straight. she said the only way I can get someone to "help" me is by way of e-mail. what maks them so damned special that they wont talk to us?

~katesichling: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~katesichling: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zynga's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~katesichling: For that I would say five out of five.
