~maggie: So, I guess I have to resign myself to the fact that I will never get a response from the folks at Zynga. * *I will never get reimbursed for the ** horseshoes that were taken for no reason. * *I will never be a happy customer of theirs. * *I will also never again spend money and*or a lot of time on them and their games. * *I will never provide positive feedback to anyone about and*or to them. * *Their customer service is the WORST I have EVER encountered. My hope is that they will continually lose customers and will finally have to actually do their jobs. * *With their cavelier attitude and lack of response I (and others) get from them, they need all the luck they can get in keeping customers. Long story short...their service *****.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Zynga. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Zynga problem?
~maggie: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~maggie: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zynga's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~maggie: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Zynga customers?
~maggie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zynga to know who you are.
