~CybelIntegrity: They allowing people around the world to seal from you while Zynga bounds and blind folds you. Which prohibits thieves to continue stealing, and I believe that because of Zynga's lack of concern they should pay me back for anything I financially had given them to purchase things for myself at anytime of my experience with them. WARNING!! (should be written within their TOS, don't waste your time giving your money to this greedy company)

~CybelIntegrity: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~CybelIntegrity: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zynga's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~CybelIntegrity: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Zynga customers?
~CybelIntegrity: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zynga to know who you are.
