~Daniel Martin: You are inept as a provider. I will tell you when i feel my participation has been compromised. i like and enjoy playing poker on your site, but, you consistently **** me over...whether it is through freezing my ability to continue playing through the hand I am dealt or slowing play. You guys have an awful lot of my money. STOP ******* me over.

~Daniel Martin: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Daniel Martin: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zynga's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Daniel Martin: For that I would say one out of five.

~Daniel Martin: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zynga to know who you are.
