~NICWELLS: I spoke with the supervisor Laura and she was absolutely horrible, she refused to refund the charge and refused to let me speak with her boss. She told me I can tell you have used the site and I have not. I asked if there is a complaint department and she says yes. I asked to speak with them and she advised she is the complaint department. I was not refunded my money and I did not get to speak with anyone else. DO NOT USE ABC MOUSE, THEY ARE CROOKS!!
