GetHuman-297069: Leave it to the idiots of AOL to make another customer service gaffe. I can't sign on to my account, and I have a project due. AOL FORCED me to "reset" my password --WHY????? I did not ASK to have it reset. Once again, AOL has proved it's horrible business judgment and bad rapport with its customers. Yours is a rinky dink program that cannot serve the needs of customers who have actual business to do. AND which one of your fine executive had the bright idea to do this trick when customer service is closed? I can't think of anything more emblematic of AOL's idiocy and more motivating to leave this service than this experience. How many customers do you have to lose before you begin to examine your stupid management habits? If I were as big a fool in my job as AOL is with its so-called service, I would have been fired long ago.
