GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AOL customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~David: a) I paid for membership for months so I can get help, got nothing!!!*after sitting tied down with your tech for hours I was told the tech can't help me the next tier tech will call me they never called when I called again they told me I have to pay around $*** for tech support I paid membership why wasn't I entitled to free support?....*b) after I cancelled my service for non satisfaction, I was still billed for membership and services I have yet to receive. However, your extremely rude Customer Service agent arm twisted me into paying my membership even after I canceled it, and after I received zero service from you...*as of now I will talk everybody I know, out of ever opting for joining your membership program...
