~PBabic6044: the tect was spot on, first rate, took only a few mins. to correct problem, in great part to fact that I had remembered to ask him about my use'n 'basic version) when viewing e-mail, I don't like the new way you've changed to awhile back, prefer the 'basic view'*It should have been explained somewhere at the time you folks made the change that it might effect things like,I was losing pics when forwarding e-mails*I've been with you folks since I think, **** and I'm more than a little pissed at the fact that I had to waste more than an hour which I will never get back(at **, not real sure how many I want to waste that way)*The excellent marks I gave above are for the tech and not aol he saved you thic account, at least for the time being**should another problem arise and it take anywhere near as long to get connect to the proper person, I'm gone, comprendi*I'll be looking for confirmation thay someone has read this and understands just how mad I am, if no one replys, I gone
