~TDD: I tried using the chat link available to the right, and got a nice message that they will email me within an hour. That isn't friggn chat it's email. AT&T should treat prepaid users like Gods because they are always going to get their money from us because we pay for it before we use the service. I'm am sick of getting the run around on trying to contact them with a problem. Going to net**
