~LoFlyer: Very hard to break through the automated system and reach a real live human operator. I am not going to say what I used to get an operator because Go-phone will probably block it. Once I did get hold of an operator and got her to understand my request, service was excellent. Automated answering is fine for the average consumer, but when the issue is more complicated, I get kind of pissed-off with all the multiple tricks and buttons (and none are offered in the verbal menu) to reach an operator. ~LoFlyer: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~LoFlyer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
