~unhappy_consumer: The automated voice message just hangs up when you say custumer service and says that you can contact them from *** from any AT&T number. This is ****, because I do not have At&T, I am trying to find out about a service problem for a friend and they don't even provide customer support! except at the store! Thumbs down. Not worth the money or the crappy cell phone provider.
