~10yr_gophoner: took out the data feature add-on but still charged me for it. To get the $**.** back, they will charge your card again for the right amount, THEN refund you the wrong charge. Thats great if its a cash transaction. Problem is its not. Youre down more money for * business days before you get your refund back. Banks dont receive the refund as fast as the charges that are taken out of it. A simple refund of the $**.** is all thats needed, but they remain inflexible for a simple solution. To quote their snotty payment center rep, "its the ONLY alternative".
