~#IHATEAT&T: MY WAIT TIME-***** minutes & counting. I am STILL WAITING!!!*I have had nothing for POOR customer service. from att. I've had U-Verse since *******. I've had over ** service calls for the scrambling of my tv & random disconnects of my phones. Last Tech that came out DAMAGED my wall & lied & said he put in a claim. No CLAIM OR NOTES ABOUT THE DAMAGE EVER FILED! Everytime I call or chat with someone for status. NO ONE IS WILLING TO STEP UP & DO THEIR JOB.. EVERYONE SAY "I'm tech support. I don't handle this type of issue". TALK ABOUT INCONSISTENCY! I swear AT&T has MONOPOLIZED EVERYTHING. Comcast is the only other option, and they will send you to BANKRUPTCY with their prices & fees!!!

~#IHATEAT&T: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~#IHATEAT&T: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~#IHATEAT&T: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T U-Verse customers?
~#IHATEAT&T: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T U-Verse to know who you are.
