~cat: I have been trying to reach you through my north american plan...that I have had for over * years. Ever since we had to buy a new phone because my original * year old phone's flip top snapped off...we have had the worst service ever with ATT. We are currently *** minutes over our plan because of ***'s of dropped calls over the past two months since we got the 'new' phone. It has used up all over our roll over minutes which is normally averages *,*** each month. We HATE ATT now and this stupid phone!

~cat: For that I would say four out of five.
