~SISQOINK: * de Septiembre de ******* Atencion corporacion:**** Por este medio deseho informar que yo el Sr.Francisco Rodriguez y que recido en el estado de Texas USA, solicite su servicio de Internet u verse el cual se supone que el pasado jueves * de septiembre a eso de las *pm se instalara el cual tuve problemas para instalar el servicio. Por tal razon me comunico con su equipo thecnico para que me ayudaran con la instalacion el cual tratamos de todas manera y no se pudo conectar.*Y me dan la opcion de que un tecnico pasara por mi apartamento para instalarlo y la fecha de dicha instalacion fue programada para hoy * de septiembre de ****.* *Entre las *:**pm a *:**pm ya que fue el tiempo que saque de mi trabajo para poder resolver dicha situacion. Estuve esperando en mi apartamento desde las *:**pm La cual el tecnico nunca se presento ni tan siquiera me enviaron un mensaje de email para disculparse, pero si tiene mi email ya que al momento de hacer la orden por primera vez me llego el cor

~SISQOINK: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SISQOINK: For that I would say three out of five.

~SISQOINK: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
