GetHuman-322541: I was duped into switching over to AT&T by one of those Direct TV salesman at our local Sam's Club. I was promised a higher internet speed than I had at the time.*Three weeks later, I filed an executive complaint and am here to advise others not to purchase AT&T services because I am still unable to stream video online due to the slower speed AT&T installed. Talk about false advertisement.
