Nothing is resolved and they did not know why taxes and the three *** fees added to the bill are * times as much as they are in ***. At that supervisor does not have a manager he can transfer me too. The customer service rating for AT&T in my book is very very dissatisfied. This was just for phone service I could rant and rant about the U- Verse and did not even go there on that.
