GetHuman-351736: Initially connected to agent in Asia and received no help from agent or Supervisor Hannah. Requested USA agent and was connected to Agent Thomas located in Ohio. I explained my ** year old husband had just undergone cancer surgery and we needed the phone for calls from the doctor. I was told by everyone, no service was immediately available. I agree AT&T offers no service and they pay no attention to all of the negative comments posted about their lack of customer service.
