GetHuman-373532: Answered immediately. I had auto pay for years and had just received a text message that my bill was past due. First agent said I had called the wrong section to take care of this. I needed to call the section that had billed my house phone. She finally connected me to the next department only to find out that she couldn't find my account. I have only had this account for ** years at the same home.UGH!!! She couldn't help me and sent me back to the first agent. I gave up as this already took a good ** minutes and I just did not have the time to devote to this at the time. I will try again tomorrow...Unbelievable!!!
