GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Khazi10: Prior to today, I have called AT&T's call center to inquire on service termination, each time I had to call back because certain information was not quiet clear, I received conflicting information.*We were aware that one of our lines had a contract & one of the lines was on the NEXT program however when I was advised about the early termination fee for the line still under contract, I was always given one of my other lines as opposed to the one I questioned. *All of the information on my lines were intertwined and no one could seem to make heads or tails of my account. What they did not for sure is that we owed them money and they could be specific about that. *I called AT&T today & spoke with Audrey to advise I would be porting my numbers to another company is there anything aside from my account numbers that I would need? She advised me NO, that we would receive a final bill as I had been advised before by previous agents so we moved forward with transferring our service. During th

~Khazi10: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Khazi10: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Khazi10: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~Khazi10: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
