~Anonymous: I have never been treated so bad! I have been a customer for almost ** years, and this is the worst. I was promised overnight and clearly didn't get it. If this is how you treat people who pay their bill, I won't be renewing another phone contract!! I am sure there is a company that would appreciate my business.*I was finally sent to customer relations and they were much nicer but still no satisfaction as far as the phone goes!*Super Super disappointed in AT&T!!!!!!

~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say four out of five.

~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
