GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-401748: I've been with AT&T for over *yrs, and have never seen such poor business ethics. For the last * months, they overcharged my bill, then I tried to resolved the over charges, and I then get slapped from one of their representatives with "I had international roaming charges" I've haven't been out of the country in ** yrs, so how could this be? They used this as a tool to reduce the over charges they billed me for.. As the month gets closer to bill time, they reduce your data, to run very slow, not good. Plus, plus, each rep is to use a script, which I find poor training.. It depends on a persons interpretation of what's these so call scripts mean. So I've had to deal with many problems with at least *-* different reps, which I called poor service.. Anyone thinking of buying Service from AT&T, should high tail it to a different company.. They are the worst, and should be put out of business. Their style is just to rip customers a new a**Hole. And I'm not having it.

GetHuman-401748: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-401748: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-401748: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
GetHuman-401748: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
