~HawkNo1: Sure. It was middle of the night, on November 9th.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~HawkNo1: It has been * months and they still have not got rid of all the bugs in both the U-Verse Internet and the Plain Old Telephone lines or POTs. My phones conversations keep dropping but they got rid of the heavy static. The internet has to have the modem reset * or more times a day. It keeps cutting out when I am in the middle of something important on both services. On the POTs line I could not even call *** the * times before the last time. They are suppose to fix this Tues. But I do not hold out much hope for that. I have been with them many years. They usually take only a month when you move to a new location to get the bugs worked out but this is the longest I have ever had to wait to get it repaired right and I am not really a happy camper at this time. On the other Hand Comcast charges you a $*** first month balloon payment within * weeks of signing up.Between the two evils I will take AT&T for now.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~HawkNo1: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~HawkNo1: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~HawkNo1: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~HawkNo1: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
