GetHuman-223428: On February **, ****, as I made a call to your service customer to find out where to send a payment because I had had to cancel my debit card, I was told by the man whom I talked to that I should sign up for the latest technology offered by AT&A. I was never informed of the cost that it would imply. Moreover I was told that my bill, which I had minimized a maximum because of financial difficulty, would not change. Yet, you are now asking me to pay $ ***,**!**I feel I was lied to and I have no intention to pay for this fancy installation. Nor do I accept to see my monthly service raised. As far as I know, I have not signed any contract.**This saddens me very much as I have been a loyal customer of AT&T for about thirty years. The way this matter was conducted is unworthy of a business for which I had trust.**If this means no longer doing business with AT&T, so be it! Unless you come up with a decent offer, I would ask that you send one of your technicians to my house to get the equipme
