~bb: disconnected internet at home * month prior to selling shop. Disconnected shop service set up time for new internet service at home. suppose to be installed tomorrow But called today saying they cannot install the new service because they never disconnected the old service. All in all with the * times I called I have spent about * hours on the phone with At and T and nothing has been done. When I asked why the old service had not been disconnected I waited ** to ** minutes for an answer and when she came back she said the reason was I spoke to a person in India. Yes. I did. Someone they hired that took my At and t call. I do not at this point really believe I will ever get service with at&t.I do not think their service is service I am completely baffled why a company as big as At and T would operate like a no good fly by night company--or worse. whoever is in charge of this company and how they operate should be dismissed.I am exhausted from trying to get service. it is ridiculous and

~bb: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~bb: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~bb: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~bb: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
