~at&t disappointed: the customer service was not to good they still haven't put phone service transfer to another address left my ** year old mother without emergency phone service and she has some dementia so she needs phone service for her machine we are still waiting no matter how many times I call someone will be out no one shows up I don't understand this order was in a week ago they turned of service at the house last Wednesday and was suppose to have service at the other home down the block to me this is not acceptable, after calling so many times and being assured that someone would be there they never show up. If anything happens where my mother can't get help she needs that phone why is it so hard to get a phone line she has been a customer for more than fifty years with this company and this is how they pay her back.
