GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AWHR customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Diane: November **** - I didn't get a bill so I searched online and it posted late resulting in a double payment for December. January - I paid online. It never posted - I called and they said that they had received it. Then they said my bank declined it because it wasn't my account number. It was posted on my bank statement. I mailed my next payment and called two weeks later because it never posted. They said that they never received and blamed the mail. I accused them of holding the payment. It cleared that afternoon. July ****, We are trying to get this removed. My June payment cleared July **, ****. First they said theta we owed., then they said that we didn't. Today they won't remove because first we owe then we don't. Now, even thought here is no balance I have to fax them a copy of the last check. These people are idiots. I now they will continue to bill us* I just know. Do nothing online. Have a paper trail with these people.
