~chris morris: this is the only method of communication i've found for contacting official about.com staff members (not freelance writers). it took roughly * hours for a response. i contacted them early in the AM and received a response in the early afternoon (EST timezone). this contact method is via email.

~chris morris: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~chris morris: For that I would say four out of five.
