~remsun: I was pleasantly surprised. I described my Lightroom problem (corrupted file) to the triage agent and she quickly transferred me to a Lightroom tech agent. Although they were both in India they spoke clear English and the connection was good. My only complaint is that I was told my wait time would be * to ** minutes and it turned out to be over twice as long.

~remsun: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
